In this area Overhaul and Maintenance Department performs following tasks:

1. Current and general overhauls of equipment, aggregates and production lines, such as:

• continous copper casting line with transport system and auxiliary equipment,
• crusher overhaul,
• exchange of mill’s drive units,
• renovation of concentrate drainage installation,
• overhaul of drying installation,
• overhaul of briquetting machines,
• overhaul of blending machines,
• assembly of flotation machines,
• machine for production of cathode pads with cutter and waste press and transportation system,
• anode casting machine,
• anode treatment machine,
• fans and high-power blowers,
• belt, scrap, screw conveyors,
• centrifuges,
• filter presses,
• cathode washing machine,
• punchers of converter’s nozzles.

2. Production, regeneration and assembly of crusher rotors.

3. Production of new parts for machines and equipment operated in Ore Enrichment Plants, regenerations
and renovations.

4. Moreover all individual, specific orders are completed according to the documentation delivered by the Customer.

All aforementioned services provided by the company are concluded both at customer’s site or company’s own workshops.
